Hello all. I have been in the addictions field for over 15 years, working with a variety of client populations. Some of my strengths lie in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and relapse prevention. My belief lies in client-centered and strength-based approaches to substance abuse counseling. Recovery is a journey that involves self-exploration and we can work together to get life back on track and gain the skills necessary for long term sobriety.
